Grindex

After more than 50 years of designing and manufacturing submersible electrical dewatering pumps and listening to the customers, Grindex offers a drainage and sludge pump family designed to dramatically reduce operational costs.  The pumps in the range have an output of 1.1 – 140 HP and cover almost any application within building and construction, mining, quarries and tunneling as well as municipal and other demanding industries.

Reliability is thanks to

  • Air valve that cools the pump should it run dry
  • SMART motor protection against electrical problems
  • Temperature switch cuts the power if the temperature gets too high
  • Phase guard protects the pump by cutting the power if a phase fails
  • Rotasense guard ensures the impeller turns in the right direction
  • Built in start equipment on 1.1HP up to 27HP pumps, no need for external start equipment
  • Optimized hydraulic design. Several solutions that minimizes wear which makes the pumps at least three times more wear resistant
  • Fewer components that makes inspection and service faster, easier and less expensive
  • Ergonomic design will simplify the pump handling
Grindex drainage pumps are designed for professional use in tough applications like mines, construction sites, tunnel sites, and other demanding industries.  Grindex drainage pumps are designed for continuous, unattended operation.  They have proven their reliability and dependable performance in demanding areas like building and construction, mining, tunneling, quarries, industrial and rental applications.

INOX Minette

INOX Pumps – Drainage and Sludge Pumps for Corrosive Applications

INOX is a completely new series of electrical submersible drainage and sludge pumps made of acid-proof stainless steel.  This enables the pumps to operate in applications that would destroy aluminum pumps in a matter of weeks or even days.  The INOX pumps are designed to meet the tough requirements from mines, coal power plants and other worksites that deal with corrosive water and sludge.  The INOX pumps are also ideal in applications where saltwater is pumped, like shipyards, construction works in harbours and offshore projects.  All casted parts in the pumps are made of acid proof stainless steel.  These pumps can be equipped with zinc anodes for extra protection.  All INOX pumps can handle pH values from 2-10 Product Line:
  • Minette – 3.1HP – Maximum Flow = 300 GPM – Maximum Head = 55ft
  • Major – 9.0HP – Maximum Flow = 675 GPM – Maximum Head = 150ft

Bravo 200-300

Bravo Slurry Pumps

Pumping slurry is one of the most demanding applications for any pump.  Parts wear out, maintenance and repair costs are high.  In many cases, frequent pump failures lead to costly production downtime.  Also, excessive sediment build-up in a sump costs time and money to remove.  With Grindex’s new slurry pump series, you have an effective solution to the rising costs of slurry handling: robust, hard-working pumps that lower operating and maintenance costs and offer excellent value in terms of initial investment.  The submersible concept offers numerous benefits over dry-mounted pumps.  As it doesn’t require any support superstructure, it requires less space for operation and is very easy to install.  Being submersible it is flood proof.  Operating underwater also means quiet operation.  The Bravo pumps are made to operate over the complete pump curve, not just one specific duty point.  This means that the pumps can be used in numerous applications within its range.  Bravo 400 through 900 are fitted with an agitator as standard.
  • Bravo 200 – 7.5HP – Maximum Flow = 475 GPM – Maximum Head 75ft
  • Bravo 300 – 10.0HP – Maximum Flow = 520 GPM – Maximum Head 85ft
  • Bravo 400 – 20.0HP – Maximum Flow = 950 GPM – Maximum Head 75ft
